  • Not necessarily! One of the great things about bespoke stationery is that we can create a design that suits your budget.

  • There is nothing stopping you looking at suppliers and finding one you like. It’s a good idea to get in touch with suppliers you like to check availability. You can reserve a space in our diary if you know you want to work with us.

  • Our customer satisfaction guarantee means that we will tweak and amend your design until you are happy to sign it off.

  • In short, no.

    While we encourage inspiration and ideas we flatly refuse to copy other designers work. It goes against our principles and we would hate it done to us so if you seen a design you really like, respectfully, please order from that company.

  • Absolutely! It’s vital to us if we are supplying on the day items to be in touch with the other suppliers to make sure everything coordinates perfectly.

  • Our initial ‘All about you’ call or face to face meeting is no obligation and to help you decide if we are right for you. If you then decide to book us we ask for a £100 non refundable deposit prior to commencing any design work. 50% of your balance is due at the point you sign off your designs and the balance is due two weeks prior to delivery of your finished stationery.
